Shipping
Orders are normally shipped by UPS Ground Service. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, prior to entry of credit card details. All freight charges are not refundable, and are not included in our money back guarantees.
No orders may be shipped outside the USA, to APO / FPO addresses, or to P.O. Boxes. If you are located outside the USA, you will need to provide us with a continental USA forwarding address when placing your order.
In the event that our shopping cart miscalculates proper shipping costs, you will be notified for approval of the error and the correct charge prior to your order being shipped.
Payment Terms
All orders must be paid in full before they are shipped. We accept payment by check (allow 10 days to clear) or credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, & Discover. We also accept payment through the PayPal payment service. Simply select this paymnet type at checkout, and you will receive a PayPal invoice shortly thereafter. Sorry, no COD’s permitted.
Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within New York.

At Hot-Coffee.com, our focus is your satisfaction. We have attempted to make your purchase as worry-free as possible. You have our 30 day money-back guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days and we will promptly refund your money. To process a return, please contact our office by phone or email, and please have your order number available.
Shipping charges are not refundable in any circumstances. In the event of a return within the 30 period, you will be refunded the cost of the product only. All returns must be shipped to us freight prepaid. Any freight collect shipments to our warehouse will be refused.
Additionally, any free or bonus items received with any orders must be returned along with product returns.
WARRANTY
If for any reason your item is defective, please contact our office for appropriate warranty repair or replacement instructions. All items are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover misuse, commercial use, or normal wear.
